Warranty Period

All Modular Haven RUBIK III collection products come with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty (original purchaser only, non-transferable) from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use:
  • Hardwood/metal frame structural damage (cracks, breaks).
  • Defective connecting hardware (clips, screws that fail to secure modules).
  • Cushion foam sagging/flattening (not caused by misuse).
  • Fabric/faux leather peeling, tearing, or fading (not from wear, spills, or improper cleaning).

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (minor fading, slight cushion softening over time).
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, improper assembly, or pets.
  • Damage from harsh cleaning products or modifications.
  • Shipping/delivery damage (report within 48 hours for coverage).

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Email support@modularhaven.com with:
    • Order number
    • Photos/videos of the defect
    • Detailed description of the issue

  2. Our team reviews within 3 business days.
  3. Approved claims receive free replacement parts, repair, or partial refund (at our discretion).

  • A: Yes! The RUBIK III system is fully flexible—add/remove modules (seats, corners, ottomans) or rearrange configurations as your space or needs change.
  • Q2: Are the modules easy to connect and disconnect?
  • A: Absolutely. Each module features heavy-duty clips that lock securely but release easily when you want to reconfigure—no tools required.
  • Q3: How do I clean the fabric/faux leather?
  • A: For fabric: Wipe spills with a damp cloth and mild soap; vacuum regularly. For faux leather: Use a leather cleaner (avoid alcohol-based products). Full care instructions are included with your order.

Order & Usage

  • Q1: What if my sofa doesn’t fit my space?
  • A: Refer to our Measurement Guide before ordering. If it still doesn’t fit (and meets return eligibility), initiate a return within 30 days.
  • Q2: Is the sofa suitable for small apartments?
  • A: Yes! Start with 1-2 seat modules for tight spaces, and add more later if you move to a larger home.
  • Q3: How much weight can each seat hold?
  • A: Each seat supports up to 300 lbs (136 kg) under normal use.
